Agenda

With a strong focus on action and application, you will walk away from The Intensive knowing how to speak powerfully, build trust and alignment, and elevate your impact to advance your business — anytime, anywhere, forever.

The Intensive Retreat runs for four days from Wed starting at 2PM-Sat ending at 1PM

Balancing time with the group and open time for you to integrate the learning, deepen discussions or reflect, the agenda for The Willow Cohort is as follows:

Day 1:

Welcome + Focus Areas- 2pm-5pm

  1. On day one we’ll develop your key focus ares for the work you’ll do in The Intensive. Your focus areas answer 3-5 core questions that define the work you’ll do in The Intensive. They help turn ideas into action and make the experience custom to you.

Day 2:

Purpose Platform- 9am-12pm

  1. For the first component of your Platform Map, we’ll articulate what purpose you serve and the impact you have no matter what job you’re doing. It’s you, on your purpose.

Lunch and Open Time

Person - 2pm-5pm

  1. The next part of your personal Platform Map is your founder/leader story. We’ll extract and articulate a more useful origin story that teaches the world about both WHO you are and WHAT you’ve done. This turns your story into a strategic asset you can use to inform your voice and build trust.

Optional evening circle

Day 3:

Point of View- 9am-12pm

  1. Part three of your Platform map. This is the foundation for your thought leadership. We’ll articulate how you can support your venture or leadership with a voice in the area of expertise you ACTUALLY believe in.

Lunch and Open Time

Principles -2pm-5pm

  1. Your values in action. In this final component of your Platform Map, you’ll articulate what you need to operate at your highest level as operating principles. These help your teams know how to best work with you and make it easier for you to communicate expectations and operate together using your principles as a guide.

Optional evening circle

Day 4:

Skill Session-9am-12pm

  1. Bring your Platform Map to life with key leadership communications skills. In this final session together we’ll practice 3 key skills that let you lead with your voice and elicit the voice of others.

Closing- 12:30pm-1pm

Who is it for?

The Cohort

The Willow Cohort is for Women founders and executives ready to level up their voice and use it to lead. This cohort is ideal for you if you are a Women leaders who is:

  • Leading a company or function that has a product in market and a fast growing customer base
  • Facing massive growth or change in the organization or strategy
  • Using your voice as a tool for aligning people, teams and cultures
  • Establishing your reputation and thought leadership in your industry or organization
  • A Woman leader who believes that authenticity is a strategy
  • Want to learn from your peers- a cohort of women with similar goals and challenges

The place

We are currently selecting the location for this cohort’s retreat. The venue we select will be one that is rooted in a natural experience. Think sea breeze, not recirculation. Think night sky, not city sounds. Think edible garden, and open space to downshift your nervous system and uplift your perspective. Casual and quiet, this retreat will be hosted where we can remove the barriers to the natural environment and get back to who we are.

The location we select will be within an approximate 3 hour drive to San Francisco International Airport and in a location that has some seclusion. In some cases, the location may require some participants share space- a room or a cabin as we are looking for small locations that are private or semi private to our group. Details to follow when the Cohort is full.

The rate: To be published

*program rate does not include travel or accommodation.

* rate includes ongoing membership in The Alumni Circle
